Standard delivery across South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your address.
In-Store Display Orders
Products currently on display in our physical stores can be purchased directly on-site and shipped directly to your preferred address. These display orders are subject to our standard processing and delivery timeframes.
Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Issues
WeBuyClubz is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, you can notify us directly so we can assist you with compiling the necessary shipment information.
